Challenge
Configure a legally/financially safe multi-vendor marketplace on the client’s hosting where Pix split sends funds to seller subaccounts and only commission hits the platform CNPJ — with retention windows for MED/refunds and manual listing approval.
Solution
Structured WordPress + WooCommerce + Dokan/WCFM vendor panels, chat, moderation workflow, and split-payment gateway configuration (Asaas/Iugu). UX emphasizes trust, speed, and clear seller/buyer journeys.
Results
A marketplace money-flow the owner can defend: Pix split to sellers, commission only on the platform CNPJ, retention for disputes, and moderated listings before they go live.
