- Web+Apps
- One inventory, three surfaces
- LATAM
- MX & Central America payments
- Hostinger
- No sales-commission hosting model
- Docs
- Owner autonomy after handoff
Challenge
Create a clean WooCommerce storefront plus iOS/Android apps sharing one inventory, with Mexico/Central America payment methods and full handoff documentation so the owner can operate independently on Hostinger.
Solution
Built a minimal product-grid-first UX, synced catalog architecture for web/apps, and payment integrations suitable for LATAM (Stripe/PayPal/regional options). Delivered transfer docs so inventory and design tweaks don’t require a developer.
Results
A minimal retail system the owner can run: synchronized catalog across web and mobile, regional payment readiness, and transfer docs that remove day-to-day developer dependency.
